About the Role
The Export & Logistics Executive at Clarion Casein Ltd. will coordinate the end-to-end export process for Clarion Casein Ltd.'s protein ingredient products shipped to international customers. This is a coordination-heavy role requiring attention to detail, strong communication with shipping agents, customs brokers and customers, and close alignment with sales and documentation teams.
The role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of export procedures, shipping documentation and international trade logistics, able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export orders from confirmation through to final shipment and delivery
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs brokers to plan and book shipments
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and other export documents
- Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with the production team to align shipment readiness with production schedules
- Ensure all export documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on time
- Maintain organized records of all shipments, communications and logistics documentation
- Handle export-related queries from customers and agents in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
Bachelor's in Commerce, Business, International Trade or related field
1-4 years of experience in export coordination or freight logistics
Knowledge of export documentation, BL, LC, COO, packing lists, invoices
Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade procedures
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple shipments simultaneously
Comfortable working with shipping agents and international customers
MS Office proficiency; export software knowledge is an advantage
